• Items purchased from our online store may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

• Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error.
• All sale items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Condition of Merchandise

• Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.

Proof of Purchase

• A valid sales receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns or exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot proceed without it.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued in the same currency and via the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
